Requesting a Refund or Exchange:
To initiate a refund or exchange, please provide a video showing the unpacking process of your product immediately after receiving it. Share that video at estauraliving@gmail.com and our customer support team will review the video and aim to process your request within 48 hours.
Order Cancellation / Return of Products:
Order Cancellations:
An Order Cancellation can be requested only if the products are not shipped from the warehouse (after placing the order). Please send us an email at estauraliving@gmail.com or call us on our helpline number +91-8429535092
We will issue a store refund for orders that are successfully cancelled.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your product arrives damaged or chipped, please contact us as soon as possible, providing the unpacking video. We will offer a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a full refund based on your preference.
Non-Refundable Items:
Please be aware that custom orders and items purchased during sales are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged, except in cases of damage.
Return Conditions:

Returns or refunds are only possible in cases where the product is damaged or chipped. All other products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds:

If you choose PayTM, then send us the PayTM number along with your request.
