International Orders: Orders outside India are processed within 10-15 business days.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods and Charges

Domestic Shipping (India):

  • India: Free shipping for orders above Rs. 1000. Flat Rs. 50 for all Domestic orders below Rs. 1000.


Orders are shipped via reliable courier services, and tracking details will be provided on e-mail once your order is dispatched.

International Shipping:

  • International: Shipping charges contact our support team.

For international shipping charges you need to contact our support team, they will help you with your shipping charges applicable on your Pincode/Address. Shipping times for international orders typically range from 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination.
Customs duties and taxes may apply to international shipments, and these are the responsibility of the customer.


3. Shipping Restrictions

Some items may have shipping restrictions due to local laws or carrier limitations. If an item cannot be shipped to your address, we will notify you before processing your order.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking details. You can track your order status via the provided tracking number on the courier’s website.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping times may vary due to factors such as weather, holidays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to notify you of any delays.

6. Missing or Damaged Items

If your order is damaged or items are missing upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue. We will assist you in processing a replacement or refund as per our returns and exchange policy.

7. International Shipping Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and will be assessed by the customs office at the destination.
